    I was registered SUPERIDD 149 LAst Night, but I never used it.. why.?? when I dialed the 12808 + mobile number.. not Working “UNABLE TO CONTACT”. Please Fixed this Problem… I HATE GLOBE!!

    i registered my superIDD and paid a hefty cash of 2000 pesos so that i could subscribe to this idd call i even went to globe service center here in cebu so that i could ask for their assistance and you know what the teller didn’t even bother to tell me that the service does not work if the person your calling is in SAUDI! thanks a lot! i even asked the other teller and he says it works there only to realize it doesn’t!! I HATE THAT TELLER AND i wish globe would be able to acquire an agreement in SAUDI cause most OFW ARE IN SAUDI!!!

      Hi Jayne, usually the cashier/teller will only accept payments. For other concerns you should go to the customer service.. That’s what I do everytime Id visit Globe store.
